Access Options on dare
We offer three main pathways to access dare on mobile: direct Android APK download, iOS Safari browser, and responsive web app on any device with internet.
Installation and Setup
The steps below apply to Android APK. iOS users skip to step 3 (registration).
- Download the dare APK file from our official link or your browser's download folder.
- Open Settings → Security → enable "Unknown sources" or "Install unknown apps" (label varies by Android version), then open the APK file and tap Install.
- Launch dare, enter your username and password, or create a new account by providing email, username, password, mobile number, and accepting our Terms & Conditions.
- Verify your email and mobile number, complete KYC verification (upload ID and proof of address), and deposit funds via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer to begin playing.
App vs Browser on dare
The native Android app on dare includes offline game caching (certain slots load without internet), push notifications for table availability and promotional updates, and slightly faster load times during peak hours. The iOS browser and web app provide the same game range and sportsbook coverage but rely on live internet connection. Browser sessions sync your account balance and transaction history in real time; closing the browser does not affect your wallet. Choose the app if you want offline access and faster response; choose browser if you prefer not to install software or use iOS.
Device Compatibility
Android: OS 7.0 and above; minimum 2 GB RAM. iOS: Safari on iOS 12 or later (iPhone 5s or newer). Web: any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on Android, iOS, or tablet devices with screen width 480 pixels and above. Older devices may experience lag during live-dealer streams; we recommend upgrading for optimal stream quality at 720p or higher.
Troubleshooting Installation
If the APK fails to install, verify that Unknown sources is enabled (Android only). Some devices block installation due to outdated security certificates; clear your browser cache, download the latest APK file, and try again. If installation hangs, close dare completely and restart your device. For iOS, if dare.bid does not load in Safari, clear browser cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data), turn off private browsing, and try again. If payment processing fails, check that your mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank app is updated and your internet connection is stable. Contact our support team in English or Indonesian if errors persist.
Permissions, Data, and Account Security
dare requests location permission to verify your jurisdiction and prevent access from prohibited regions; this check happens at login. Camera permission is optional and used only during video KYC. Microphone permission is optional and applies only if you choose to interact with live dealers via text or audio chat. dare does not record your device; all transmission between your device and dare servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS. Your account password, payment details, and personal data are stored in encrypted form and never shared with third parties except as required by law. Push notifications on the Android app can be disabled in Settings → Notifications if you prefer silent operation. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your dare account settings for additional security, especially if you use shared devices.
